A Musical Journey

With pianist Jovana Kosanović, Home – A Musical Journey follows a path through Brazil, Serbia, Hungary and Austria.

The album explores memory, identity and belonging through music by Mozart, Bartók, Vasilije Mokranjac and Leopoldo Miguez, connecting these different musical traditions through the places we call home.

Ocimar Correa Filho is currently engaged as Concertmaster of the Philharmonisches Orchester Regensburg.

Alongside his orchestral work, he remains active in solo and chamber music performances. His current projects include the recording of his debut album, Home — A Musical Journey, with pianist Jovana Kosanović, featuring music connected to Brazil, Serbia, Hungary and Austria.
